We are looking for well qualified and highly motivated Senior Java Developer to Design, Develop and build High Quality Web Applications. In this role, the Developer will not only build next generation web applications but also enhance and maintain existing J2EE Applications. The candidate will also help provide direction to Junior to Mid-level Developers.

Job requires an excellent understanding of the full software lifecycle, including Functional Requirement Gathering, Design, Develop and Test Software Applications and Documenting Requirements and Technical Specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with 5+ years professional development experience to step in as a productive contributor and innovator to an established team.

Essential Job Functions:

Develop J2EE applications using JSP and Struts framework, Data-modeling and database design skills using SQL, Implement user interface technologies such as Javascript, HTML, Interaction with business owners, enterprise and system architects, developers, project managers and QA

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

5+ years of development experience, BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, Java, JBoss, Struts, MySQL/Oracle, HTML, Javascript, PHP, Hibernate, SOAP and AJAX are all a plus, Candidate must be hard-working, motivated, innovative, and able to work independently and within a team in a fast paced environment; and, Capable of mentoring junior to mid level developers Java Certification or BEA WebLogic Certification EAI technologies such as Tibco Experience in on-shore and offshore solution delivery environment.
