Installation, configuring and maintenance
of multiple Oracle Applications 11.5.9 and 11.0.3 environments
in PROD, TEST, Integration and DEV environments
Oversee and participate in the application of all necessary
patches to appropriate Oracle Applications
Help in planning of production rollout for the Oracle
Applications 11i environment
Strong experience in Cloning, patching, standby databases
Plan and implement timely upgrade to the Oracle Applications
system
Install new versions of the Oracle RDBMS and its tools
and any other tools that access the Oracle database.
Plan and implements backup and recovery of the Oracle
database.
Perform migrations of programs, database changes, reference
data changes and menu changes through the development
life cycle.
Implement and enforces security for all of the Oracle
Databases.
Perform database re-organizations as required to assist
performance and ensure maximum uptime of the database.
Evaluate releases of Oracle and its tools, and third
party products to ensure that the databases are running
the products that are most appropriate.
Provide technical support to application development
teams.
Enforce and maintains database constraints to ensure
integrity of the database.
Administer all database objects, including tables, clusters,
indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures.
Assists with impact analysis of any changes made to
the database objects.
Troubleshoot problems regarding the databases, applications
and development tools.
