JOB DESCRIPTION : System Analyst People Soft HCM

We are looking for Systems Analyst with Peoplesoft Technical and Application experience in HR, Benefits and Payroll. Candidate willing to relocate to the area will be considered.

This Techno-functional position will be responsible for multiple PeopleSoft modules (Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll) as well as integration with PeopleSoft financials, Time & Attendance and external vendors. The position will act as the Information Systems liaison to HR and Payroll to develop/deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.

JOB PRE-REQUISITES:

5 years of Techno-functional, Human Capital Management experience within a PeopleSoft environment. At least 2 years of this experience must be related to supporting end users and mentoring departmental ‘super-users’.
Prior upgrade experience required as well as 2+years using version 8.x.

Understanding of HR/Benefit/Payroll best practices to facilitate efficient processing across entities.

Subject matter expertise in setting up PeopleSoft HR/Benefit/Payroll processes and configuration.

3+ years hands-on application experience across HCM with functional and data integration knowledge.

Ability to troubleshoot and support system processes.

Experience writing functional specifications and creating business process documentation.

Working knowledge of Kronos time and attendance with Payroll integration preferred.

PeopleSoft E-Apps experience a plus.

Experience with PeopleTools (8.1-8.5) Application Designer, query/crystal, SQL analyzer.

Understanding of the HR/Payroll regulations in order to assist in EEO reporting, as well as other governmental compliance requirements.

Experience with systems/external vendor integration.

Exceptional customer service skills.

JOB ESSENTIAL FUNCTION - Responsibilities
Provide functional support for all PeopleSoft HCM applications and interfaces including:

Base HR
North American Payroll
Time and Labor

Provide project management in a hands-on contributing role for full life cycle of implementation of new products.

Provide functional and technical expertise for implementation of new products.

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft reports and queries.

Manage implementation of tax updates, bundles and upgrades.

Maintain PeopleSoft HR security.

Develop/maintain end user training and documentation of system processes.

Coordinate and support system testing.

Administer Workflow.

Develop/maintain Sarbanes Oxley documentation.

Work with HR, Benefits, Payroll and Accounting user groups to prioritize projects and tasks

Facilitate standards on HR/Benefit/Payroll data cross entities

Perform configuration setup, testing, rollout and post-upgrade support tasks on HR/Benefit/Payroll modules.

Design modifications to operating processes, or systems; recommending process changes based on best practice knowledge.

Ensure integrity of the relevant HR/Benefit/Payroll codes across the application.

Establish and maintain leave accrual configuration for complex leave plans.

Provide ‘front line’ support for upgrade, post-upgrade and production environments.

Assist with the implementation of patches/fixes, tax updates, year-end processing, new development and enhancements.

Education and Certifications:
• Relevant Bachelors (Technical) Degree or Equivalent experience.
