Provide functional support for all PeopleSoft
HCM applications and interfaces including:

Base HR
North American Payroll
Time and Labor
|
Provide project management in a hands-on contributing role
for full life cycle of implementation of new products.
Provide functional and technical expertise for implementation
of new products.
Develop and maintain PeopleSoft reports and queries.
Manage implementation of tax updates, bundles and upgrades.
Maintain PeopleSoft HR security.
Develop/maintain end user training and documentation of system
processes.
Coordinate and support system testing.
Administer Workflow.
Develop/maintain Sarbanes Oxley documentation.
Work with HR, Benefits, Payroll and Accounting user groups
to prioritize projects and tasks
Facilitate standards on HR/Benefit/Payroll data cross entities
Perform configuration setup, testing, rollout and post-upgrade
support tasks on HR/Benefit/Payroll modules.
Design modifications to operating processes, or systems; recommending
process changes based on best practice knowledge.
Ensure integrity of the relevant HR/Benefit/Payroll codes
across the application.
Establish and maintain leave accrual configuration for complex
leave plans.
Provide ‘front line’ support for upgrade, post-upgrade
and production environments.
Assist with the implementation of patches/fixes, tax updates,
year-end processing, new development and enhancements. |
