JOB DESCRIPTION
: PeopleSoft
HCM v8.8 implementation
We are looking for PeopleSoft Consultants
to perform Application Programming, Maintenance and Production
support and other Technical Activities as required for the
PeopleSoft HCM v8.8 implementation. The system will support
Human Resources, Benefits, Time Reporting and Payroll. This
initiative will encompass, but not be limited to, Business
Process Engineering, System Replacements, System Enhancements,
New Systems Selection, and Custom Enhancement of existing
application, System Integration, and IT oversight. |
Resolve PeopleSoft configuration related
issues.
Research, prototype and roll out
PeopleSoft patches and upgrades.
Design and implement solutions for
correction of system problems.
Analyze requirements for enhancements
to PeopleSoft and propose appropriate Technical
design, and implement solution.
Development and operate mass data
changes.
Provide support to Tier 2 help desk
to resolve user issues.

BS or BA in Computer Science, MIS or related
field.
3+ years experience in requirements
analysis, data modeling and system design.
3+ years technical experience with
the following: PeopleTools 8.43 / 8.46, Application Engine,
PeopleCode, Oracle SQL, PeopleSoft Integration Tools, Process
Scheduler, Visual Basic or similar language, SQR, SQL.
Knowledge and direct experience
of going live with new PeopleSoft modules, or upgrading existing
modules.
Actively involved as a technical
resource in at least two full SDLC implementations of PeopleSoft
HCM.
Hands-on experience programming
in an environment in which PeopleSoft HCM v8.8 (USF Federal
version) and PeopleTools 8.46 was deployed.
PeopleSoft 8.8 Federal HR functional
knowledge with e-Recruit, Time and Labor, North American Payroll,
and Benefits Administration.
Experience configuring PeopleSoft
8.8 during an implementation of at least three of the following:
e-Recruit, HRMS, Pay Plan and Salary Plans, SetIDs, e-Performance,
PAR Workflow, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Self
Service.
